Shipping, Cancelations & Returns

Domestic Shipping

  • We want your order to arrive quickly and safely.  We typically ship within one to two business days. Celletech products are made per order and it can take longer to fulfill certain products or special requests. If you need a specific estimate of shipping times, please give us a call at 800-888-4066 or email us at customerservice@celletech.com.
  • We ship via FedEx and USPS Priority Mail; customers will receive their tracking numbers when the product ships out.  
  • Shipping costs are based on our best estimates. Slight variations in final cost depend on order size.  If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher, we will call you with the final total.
  • All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or a Post Office Box will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.  Cost is determined by current postal rates.

  International Shipping

  • International shipping is not available.


  • Order cancelations and changes can be made up until the order has been accepted into the lab. Otherwise, all sales are final. Please contact us as soon as possible at 800-888-4066 to speak directly to a customer service representative to cancel or edit orders.


  • Due to regulatory requirements, we are not able to accept returns.  

  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. A request for a refund must be made within seven (7) days of receiving your order.  

  • If you receive any damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at customerservice@celletech.com with photos of the package and all contents. Emails regarding damaged products must be received within 24 hours after the receipt of your delivery.
